Conference Fee:  Approximately RM1300 (inclusive of registration fee, food and accommodation)

APPLICATION IS NOW OPEN TO ALL UKM MEDICAL STUDENTS!

 

 

Application is now open to students who would like to be involved in preparing for AMSA Malaysia Delegation to EAMSC2012. Applicants can also choose to become a delegate of EAMSC2012 (by means of attending the conference). Shortlisted candidates will be informed for a simple interview.

 

Some job descriptions:

 

Deputy Director I & II (Chief Delegate)
  • Leader and coordinator of all AMSA Malaysia delegates during the 25th EAMSC2012.
  • To ensure all AMSA Malaysia delegates are registered.
  • To ensure competition participants are well-prepared.
  • To gather delegates during country meetings.
  • To be proxy of Regional Chairperson during official events.
Secretary
  • To prepare and submit proposal, post-mortem report and official documents (eg.surat pengecualian kuliah) for the program.
  • To collect and compile delegates data and information
Safety and Transportation
  • To arrange UKM bus for route KTSN-HUKM-LCCT and LCCT-HUKM-KTSN.
  • To gather and ensure punctuality of delegates during bus and flight travel.
  • To manage travel insurance purchase for UKM delegates
Academic
  • To be involved in data collection for scientific paper and white paper.
Cultural performance
  • To prepare and be involved in Malaysia cultural performance for UKM delegates
  • To coordinate cultural performances for all AMSA Malaysia delegates
Exhibition booth
  • To prepare for an exhibition booth about AMSA Malaysia and Malaysia.
  • To contact Ministry of Tourism for exhibition booth promotional items.
Marketing
  • To plan and execute fund-raising/sponsorship strategies.
Special Tasks
  • To prepare over-the-counter drugs/first-aid kit
  • To prepare VIP souvenirs
  • To coordinate name cards and t-shirt order.
