Medics Intervarsity Games (MIVG)

The Medics Intervarsity Games (MIVG) is an annual intervarsity sports event under AMSA Malaysia. This sports tournament was created in year 2009 with the aim of promoting a healthy lifestyle among medical students. It is also aimed to promote and foster intervarsity relations across medical schools in Malaysia. With this, AMSA Malaysia hopes to instill a sense of camaraderie among the future doctors, thus creating a conducive environment for better healthcare practices in the future and to culture wholesome healthcare practitioners in terms of intellectual and personality.

MIVG 2023

MIVG 2023 was held in Pusat Sukan UiTM Shah Alam, Pusat Sukan UPM, Uptown Sports Bangi and SJKC Kwong Hon. We had a few new edition of sports to this years MIVG such as handball, frisbee and aerodance. The theme for MIVG 2023 was ‘Look Up, Get Up, But Never Give Up’ .

MIVG 2019

Committee Members:

MIVG 2019 was hosted by AMSA UCSI. MIVG this year was held over a span of two days on the 21st and 22nd of December 2019.
MIVG 2018

Committee Members:

MIVG 2018 was hosted by AMSA UKM. MIVG this year was held over a span of two days on the 8th and 9th of December 2018.

The annual Medics Intervarsity Games 2017 was held on the 9th and 10th of December 2017 and was hosted by AMSA UiTM.
