1. Continuous Medical Education (CME)

* This talk is very beneficial to ALL medical students as important knowledge on cervical cancer and role of HPV vaccination will be delivered during the talk. Thus as a future Doctor, you are strongly encouraged to join as participant.

2. HPV Vaccination Program
Time : 10pm – 12pm
Venue : Gallery PPUKM
Prices Quadrivalent : RM 180 per dose (total 3 doses)
Bivalent : RM 136 per dose (total 3 doses)

1st Registration : Open Now – kindly CALL Kan Chan Siang at 0167689015 for enquiries and registration
Dateline : by 4th December 2011
Vaccination : On the day of event
Payment : will be collected during the campaign at registration counter

2nd registration : After the CME, at registration counter, as you may make up your mind right after the talk
Vaccination : Students are required to go to gynaecology clinic for vaccination the other day
Payment : will be collected when students go to the clinic for vaccination
Subsequent doses : Gynaecology Clinic
Proposed date : A vaccination card with proposed date for 2nd and 3rd doses will be provided
Payment : will be collected when students go to the clinic for vaccination
